What is an AI agent
An agent is software that understands context and executes multi-step tasks without human step-by-step. Given a goal, it sees system state, makes a plan, and acts.
The difference from a chatbot is radical. A chatbot responds. An agent can send email, make a booking, notify the team, escalate a decision. A chatbot is reactive, an agent is proactive.
Our agents are deliberately not fully autonomous. Human-in-the-Loop means every action with an economic or legal consequence requires the owner's confirmation. You're still the boss.

Ana messages on WhatsApp: 'How's my wedding on Sep 19 looking?' Within 30 seconds the agent checks: drinks OK, photographer confirmed, DJ confirmed, meat short by 25kg, registrar unresponsive for 3 days. Sends two HITL notifications to the owner. Questions about agents
What does HITL look like exactly?+
The agent prepares an action (email, order, booking), sends push / SMS / email to the owner with a summary, and waits for OK or NO. Until a reply arrives, the agent does nothing. Timeout is configurable.
What if the agent makes a mistake?+
The agent doesn't make important decisions alone. Anything that costs money or creates an obligation goes to the owner for approval before it executes. Every action is audit-logged: who, what, when, why. If something happens off-plan, the owner has a trail and can reverse it. In practice, mistakes mostly land in copy nuance or tone, not in executed actions.
How long does it take to roll out the agent?+
Depends on industry and process complexity. For an event business where we already have the domain pack: 3 to 6 weeks from contract to live agent. For a completely new industry (dental, legal, etc.): 2 to 3 months, since we build new rules and integrations from scratch. In the first week or two we spend time in conversation with you (collecting rules, pricebook, contacts, tone). Then the agent goes through an internal phase with you in the loop, where you review each reply before it starts working with real clients.
Can we change the agent's rules after launch?+
Yes. The agent has a configuration panel where you change pricing, availability, supplier contacts, reply text and escalation rules. Changes take effect immediately, no new deploy required. Larger structural changes (a new type of action, a new integration) go through us and take 2 to 5 days.
Which languages does the agent speak?+
Serbian (both ekavica and ijekavica) and English. Understands regional dialects across the Balkans, including Croatian, Bosnian, Montenegrin. If you need another language (German, Italian, Hungarian), we add it as part of the Agent+ tier.
